Farmlands consulted widely within the organisation and with customers to better define a set of shared values and common vision and purpose as part of an important re-positioning to face the future of farming and support the success of the co-operative.
We helped finalise the articulation of this work, and then how to bring it together in a compelling way to be shared with managers and staff across the organisation. The solution included editing together a powerful video to share the messages, entitled ‘This is Us’, and a playbook for the conference launch. Underpinning the video was a powerful recording of the Farmlands waiata, Te Whenua Tāroa (Our Enduring Land), where we engaged Kiwi artist Kaaterama to sing Te Whenua Tāroa, masterfully arranged and produced by Mahuia Bridgman-Cooper.
