One of NZ’s leading marketers, Ben has led and founded award winning agencies including TBWA/TEQUILA\, justONE, 99 and now Quantum Jump. A noted expert in loyalty, retail and data driven marketing, Ben’s work has been recognised with effectiveness awards worldwide including the NZ DM Awards Grand Prix a record 5 times.
As the first official employee of Quantum Jump, Zoë’s launched multiple loyalty programmes across Mitre 10 Club and Sky Rewards, Sky’s brand transformation and lead the AA’s first TVC in 10 years. During her time as Chair of the First Five Rungs, Zoë advocated for juniors in the advertising industry, conducting research & developing the FFR Shadow Judging programme.
With over 25 years of award-winning, global experience connecting some of the world’s biggest brands with their customers, Wayne has worked at leading agencies in the USA, UK, Singapore, South Africa and New Zealand, including TEQUILA\ London and Auckland. Most recently, he was ECD and CX champion at Colenso BBDO. Wayne has won over 100 international creative and effectiveness awards.
Drew’s award winning advertising career started in late 1980s London on accounts including Ford, Acorn Computers, and Britannia Airways. Returning to NZ, Drew worked for Saatchi & Saatchi, rising to hold Creative Director roles in international agencies including Rapp Collins, Ogilvy, and OgilvyOne, before teaming up with Ben again at justONE and now Quantum Jump.
By getting right in there, we get to do big, meaningful work like launching loyalty programmes, brand redesigns and TVCs, new brand and product launches. Using all our energy to focus on making great work that shifts the dial.
