We worked closely with Mitre 10 to develop Discount Days – offering Mitre 10 Club members the opportunity to save storewide.
This was a superbly executed retail promotion leveraging loyalty principles, enriching customer engagement, and adding value to Mitre 10 Club membership. Following the tremendous success of the pilot event in April 2025, Discount Days has transformed into a valuable component of Mitre 10 Club’s wider offering. Driving not only huge member growth well ahead of annual targets, Discount Days has also delivered exceptional ROI.
Receiving international recognition for its effectiveness, Mitre 10 Club Discount Days won Best Loyalty Programme Short Term Marketing Initiative at the 2026 APAC Loyalty Awards. The initiative was also a finalist in the category Best Use of Multi-Channel Communications, placing it among the top-performing loyalty programmes in the region.
