Working closely with the team at Mitre 10, we revamped the existing customer clubs into a consolidated Mitre 10 Club with refreshed benefits, with an increase in the frequency and depth of content, and a fresh push instore to drive up membership and flag member only deals. The relaunch has been a big success and the optics on email engagement highly positive, and over recent months we have enhanced the email programme leveraging data insights.
